Alex Jones and His Wife Erika Wulff Are Divorcing

Infowars founder Alex Jones and his second wife, Erika Wulff, are divorcing, Page Six has reported.

The notorious conspiracy theorist submitted the petition in his native Texas on Sept. 9, 2024, according to court records.

Jones, 51, requested a temporary restraining order against Wulff, 46, on the same day, and a judge granted it on Sept. 20.

The court docket indicates that Wulff, who also filed a petition for divorce, then asked for an emergency temporary restraining order on March 12.

Nine days later, Jones filed a motion to seal records in the case.

The now-estranged couple wed in 2017 and share one child together.

The far-right radio host was previously married to Kelly Jones (née Nichols).

The exes divorced in 2015 and have three children.

Alex was ordered in 2022 to pay nearly $1.5 billion in damages resulting from defamation lawsuits filed by the families of Sandy Hook victims over his false claims that the 2012 elementary school shooting was a hoax.

He repeatedly spread disproven conspiracy theories that “no one died” in the tragedy — which he called “staged” and “completely fake with actors” despite 26 lives being claimed — before eventually conceding that it was “100 percent real.”

Alex initially had primary custody of his eldest three kids, but Kelly won joint custody in 2017 due to her ex-husband’s behavior.

She claimed during a 2022 interview with “Inside Edition” that Alex is “truly mentally ill” and a danger to society.

“To me, he should be protected from himself and others,” she added. “He doesn’t have any moral compass. He lives in his own universe, and he is a very — in my opinion — delusional man.”

The disgraced commentator filed for personal bankruptcy later that year.
